| 摘 要： | 利用微空心阴极放电的基本结构,设计了一款用于有毒气体消毒的等离子体发生器装置。对该装置的结构及其消毒机理进行了详细的论述,并对其放电特性进行了研究。实验研究发现:利用该装置能够对挥发性有毒气体甲烷、苯进行有效的消毒,还能够用作臭氧发生器。

| Abstract: | A plasma generator for detoxification of gaseous pollution is designed with micro-hollow cathode discharge configuration.The configuration and detoxification mechanism of device are discussed in detail,and its discharge characteristics are also researched.Experiment results show that the device can be effective in detoxification of volatile organic compounds methane and benzene;and it can also be used as an ozone generator. |
