| 摘 要： | 硼酸生产工艺包括硫酸法、碳铵法和二步法等.采用AT&T矩阵系统评价方法，研究这3种生产工艺在硼酸生产过程中对资源环境的影响；通过对3种硼酸生产工艺的特性对比，改进并完善了AT&T矩阵系统评价方法，并勾勒出相应的环境因子和生产阶段的环境效应.结果表明:以二步法为主，兼顾碳铵法和硫酸法的技术发展思路，符合发展硼酸工业循环经济的需要；以产品生命周期评价(PLCA)、工艺生命周期评价(TLCA)和工厂生命周期评价(FLCA)为基础的分析框架，可全方位、多层次地评估硼酸生产过程中累积环境效应，其中以工厂生命周期评价角度的评估结果更有利于硼酸工业的节能环保.
