The Problems of China's Environmental Policy and Measures |

| Abstract: | The paper addresses the three stages in the development of PRC government environmental policy during the past sixty years starting from year 1949.Specifics of each stage,strategies,policy and environmental legislation are discussed in detail.The paper is concluded by an analysis of currently existing problems with implementation of the environmental policy,the authors put forward suggestions for its improvement and ways to solve soaring environmental problems of China. |
