| Abstract: | In the article a short overview about sewage sludge treatment,use and disposal is given.The development of legislation in waste disposal in Germany are described.The main subjects in sewage sludge ordinance of the European Community and Germany are compared.The development in quantity of sewage sludge and the components during the last decades in Germany is analysed with a detailed description and comparison of the processes for sewage sludge utilization and disposal. |
