含羟乙基纤维素及其加成物废水的霉菌降解研究

摘    要:从广东某化工厂的废水中分离筛选到一株可降解羟乙基纤维素(HEC)及其加成物的霉菌,在COD为40 000mg/L以上的废水中,COD的去除率达30%以上.对该霉菌的无机营养、pH值、底物浓度等降解条件也进行了分析.

Abstract:A mould has been selected from the special chemical wastewater in a Guangdong plant.With the mould,HEC and its adducts is degraded.The removal rate of COD is over 37% in the wastewater with COD over 40 000 mg/L.The degradation conditions,such as inorganic nutrition,pH,substrate concentration etc.are also analysed in the paper.
