汽车保险杠用聚丙烯材料的老化研究

摘    要:研究了汽车保险杠用聚丙烯材料在海南、广州两地自然暴露与氙灯人工光老化试验时的老化规律,初步探讨了自然暴露试验与氙灯人工光老化试验之间的相关性。结果表明,汽车保险杠用聚丙烯材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度在老化过程中保持良好,但冲击强度和断裂伸长率对老化较为敏感;采用GB/T16422.2中氙灯光老化试验对湿热带自然环境具有较好的模拟效果,能够用于对汽车保险杠用聚丙烯材料耐候性的评价。

Abstract:The aging rule of PP materials for auto bumper in Hainan and Guangzhou natural environment and Xenon artificial test environment were studied.The correlation between the natural exposure and Xenon artificial tests were discussed.The results showed that the tensile strength and flexural strength of PP materials were kept good in the aging process,but the impact strength and extension at break were sensitive to aging.The Xenon artificial test using method GB/T 16422.2 can simulate hot and humid environment well,and can be used to evaluate the weatherability of PP materials for Auto bumper.
