| Abstract: | This article has analyzed the current shortages of environmental monitoring with the pressure of fulfilling the International Agreement. In order to solve this problem, some measures should be adopted, such as, widening the monitoring items of the air, bringing the ecology investigation and biodiversity into the conven- tional monitoring system, developing the technologic of organic monitoring, enlarging the multilateral cooperation and the union monitoring. |
