浅谈加强环境现场监测规范化建设

分析了环境现场监测存在的质控体系不够完善,监测人员不够专业,监测技术相对落后,管理制度不够健全等问题.提出实现环境现场监测规范化建设,应从完善现场监测质量控制体系入手,加强监测队伍、监测装备、现场监测管理制度建设,改进和提高现场监测技术,以此满足和适应环保新形势对环境现场监测工作的要求.

Discussion on Strengthening the Standardization Construction of Field Environment Monitoring

This work analyzed the problems on field environment monitoring, including the imperfect quality control system, the unprofessional monitoring workers, the out dated monitoring technique and the distempered management system. It also proposed that to realize the standardization construction of the field environment monitoring, we should proceed with improving the field monitoring quality control systems and strengthen the construction of the monitoring teams, the monitoring devices and the field monitoring management systems. We also need to improve and enhance the techniques of field monitoring in order to satisfy and adapt to the new environmental protection demands for field environment monitoring.
