摘    要:采用次氯酸钠衍生、毛细管柱气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定水中苦味酸,选择正己烷为萃取剂,萃取时间5 min,衍生反应时间40 min。方法在5.00μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.2μg/L,空白加标水样平行测定的RSD为2.2%,加标回收率为89.6%~95.0%。

Abstract:A method was established for determining Picric Acid in water by GC-ECD.Picric acid in the water was derivatized with sodium hypochlorite in 40 min,and then extracted with n-Hexane in 5 min.Good linearity was obtained in range from 5.00 μg/L to 100 μg/L,detection limits 0.2 μg/L,relative standard derivation of blank duplicates 2.2%,spiked recoveries between 89.6% and 95.0%.
