| 摘 要： | 从监测数据应用的角度出发,分析了当前污染源监督监测工作存在的问题。提出,应明确环境监测法律地位,加强监测能力建设;及时调整工作思路,加强污染源监督监测力度;理顺污染源在线监测系统的投入和运营机制,加快污染源在线监控技术在监督监测中的应用;快信息技术在环境监测领域的推广和应用,提高污染源评价水平。

| Abstract: | The problems of pollution source supervision and monitoring were analyzed from application of monitoring data. The legal position of environmental monitoring should be definite to improve monitoring ability, to adjust working thinking in time for strengthening supervision and monitoring of pollution source, to rationalize the relationship of input and operation mechanism for on-line monitoring pollution source for accelerating application of on-line monitoring technology in pollution sources, to improve pollution evaluation from popularizing and applying quick information technology in environmental monitoring field. |
