The Monitoring Instance of Environmental Protection in Down Industry for Check and Accept of Completed Project

Based on the monitoring guide, evaluation standard, pollution sources and control measures, monitoring results and evaluation, etc., a case study of environmental protection in down industry, for example, was carried out for check and accept of completed project. The study also gave solutions to some problems in monitoring process such as benchmark displacement per unit product, the total pollutants of irregular and intermittent drainage and sites setting of nonstationary emission of odor pollutants.
