摘    要:以太河水库主要污染物总氮为控制指标,选用适合于水域水环境特征的水质模型,对水域纳污能力、现状纳污量以及纳污削减量分别作计算.按照研究水域的功能区划和污染源分布与削减状况,分析并确定重点治理污染源,制定总量控制方案.

Abstract:The water capacity, pollutant quantity and cutting load of the Taihe Reservoir were calculated respectively by choosing suitable water quality model for water environment characteristics and making the major pollutant TN to be the controlled index. According to the water functional division and pollution source distribution and reduction, the major pollution source were analyzed and defined and the total amount control plans were presented.
