石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定地表水中的锑

摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定地表水中的锑,优化了仪器测量参数,讨论了干扰离子的干扰。方法在0μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.9μg/L,平行测定的RSD为1.3%~9.8%,加标回收率为97.9%~104%,标准样品的测定结果符合要求。

Abstract:A method was established for determination of Antimony in surface water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.By optimizing instrument parameters and eliminating influence of interference ions,the results showed good linearity from 0 μg/L to 100 μg/L,detection limits 0.9 μg/L,RSD by parallel between 1.3% and 9.8%,and spiked recoveries between 97.9% and 104%.Standard sample of test results met the analytical requirement.
