| 摘 要： | 阐述了国家全面加强生态环境保护坚决打好污染防治攻坚战意见的主要内容,研究了浙江、深圳、天津等地污染防治工作的亮点。结合南京面临的主要环境问题,梳理分析了南京实施意见的目标、原则、治理举措等内容,提出了加强政策支撑推进污染防治、理清权责关系深化联动合作、强化监测科研注重数据运用、开展宣传教育推动公众参与等建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of comprehensively strengthening ecology and environment protection,and resolutely fighting against pollution,the highlights of pollution prevention and control in Zhejiang,Shenzhen and Tianjin were studied.For the main environmental problems in Nanjing,the goals,principles and countermeasures of Nanjing implementation opinion were discussed.Suggestions were made in strengthening policy support to pollution prevention and control,clarifying authority-responsibility relationships,deepening joint cooperation,promoting scientific research in monitoring,focusing on data utilization,and carrying out publicity and education for public participation. |
