摘    要:采用离子色谱法同时测定污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵液中乳酸、乙酸、丙酸、正丁酸、异丁酸、正戊酸、异戊酸等7种有机酸,通过试验优化洗脱程序,使得7种有机酸在2.00mg/L~60.0mg/L范围内线性良好。试验表明,方法检出限为0.250mg/L~0.580mg/L,标准样品的加标回收率为93.O%~108%,8次测定结果的RSD为3.7%一7.1%,实际样品测定的加标回收率为90.6%~109%。

Determination of Organic Acids in Fermentation Broth of Anerobic Fermentation Using Combined Sludge and Food Waste by Ion Chromatography

Abstract:Ion chromatography was applied to the simultaneous determination of seven organic acids in fermentation broth of anerobic fermentation using combined sludge and food waste, including lactic acid, acetic acid, propanoic acid,n butanoic acid, iso butanoic acid, n pentanoic acid and iso pentanoic acid. An optimal elution program was established through experiment. Linear relationships of the seven kinds of organic aicds were good in the range of 2.00 mg/L~60.0 mg/L. The experiment showed that the detection limits were in the range of 0.250 mg/L~0.580 mg/L, and the relative standard derivations of the eight determination results were 3.7%~7.1%, and the recoveries of standard organic acids and fermentation broth samples were in the ranges of 93.0%~108% and 90.6%~109%, respectively.
