| 摘 要： | 简述了污染防治设施运行中存在的问题。提出了污染防治没施标准化管理的工作方案。通过开展污染防治设施标准化管理，建立对其运行管理的工作标准，明确对其管理的具体要求，可提高操作人员的业务素质，改善污染防治设施的完好程度，发挥排污单位内部环保监督管理的作用，提高污染防治设施的运行水平。
