摘    要:以大型海藻细基江篱繁枝变型(Gracilaria tunuistipitata Var)为实验材料,研究了Cd2+胁迫下,不同N、P条件对江蓠体内谷胱甘肽(GSH)及其衍生物含量的影响。结果表明,Cd2+胁迫条件下,不加入N、P时,藻体内的GSH及其各类衍生物含量均较低,易受金属离子侵入毒害藻体;加入适量的N、P(560μmol/L,56μmol/L)有利于提高藻体内GSH及其各类衍生物的含量,增强藻体重金属抗性;加入过量的N、P(2 160μmol/L,216μmol/L)反而抑制了藻体内谷胱甘肽及其各类衍生物的合成,降低了藻体重金属抗性;同时加入N、P要比加入单一的营养盐更有利于提高藻体的GSH及其各类衍生物的含量,增强藻体重金属抗性。实验有利于进一步研究重金属与富营养化复合污染水体中藻类的生物修复。

Abstract:Large algae(Gracilaria tunuistipitata Vara) was used as a experimental material to study the different N,P concentration levels acting on glutathione and its derivates contents in Gracilaria under stress of Cd2+.The results showed that under the condition of Cd2+ stress,glutathione contents was at a low level when there was no N,P in the water;the contents raised at appropriate N,P concentrations(560 μmol/L,56 μmol/L);oppositely the contents depressed at excessive N,P concentrations(2 160 μmol/L,216 μmol/L);the contents increased when N and P togather had added into water rather than N or P separatly.The experiment should help for further research work on algae bioremediation in eutrophic water body polluted by heavy meters.
