| 摘 要： | 阐述了开发测量设备管理系统的必要性。依据用户需求分析，提出了测量设备管理系统的设计思路，并介绍了公共管理子系统、资产管理子系统、档案管理子系统、系统管理子系统、查询／统计／报表生成子系统，以及计量管理子系统中各模块的功能。运行实践表明，使用该系统提高了环境监测管理水平。
