| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the practice of attention only to monitoring data not to active service to environmental administration in prefectural monitoring station. The active service of submitting monitoring data timely and accurately to environmental administration in Haimeng station was introduced. The practice promoted the environmental inspection and administration, raised the authority of environmental monitoring. |
