| 摘 要： | 简述了进一步提升环境监测质量管理水平的形势与政策需求，剖析了影响质量管理工作质量的5方面因素，提出应增强质量管理工作的计划性，提高质量管理人员的业务水平，提高全员的质量意识，有效利用质量管理信息平台进行管理，加强部门问的沟通和交流，充分发挥质量体系的作用。

| Abstract: | Sketching the situation and policy demand of further enhancing the quality management level of environmental monitoring, this paper analyses five causes of impair the quality of the quality management and put forward a proposal to strengthen the quality management plan,to improve the quality of the managers＇professional level,to improve the quality consciousness of all staffs, to effectively utilize the quality management information system to manage,to strengthen interdepartmental communication and ex~hange, and to give full play to the action of quality system. |
