摘    要:根据高风险移动放射源辐射安全风险特点与辐射事故经验反馈,结合辐射安全监管部门和企业实际,在充分调研的基础上,构建高风险移动放射源辐射安全风险管控评价指标体系,体系分为目标层、准则层和方案层,准则层8项指标,方案层40项指标。采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,运用模糊综合评价方法对甘肃省7家高风险移动放射源企业进行评价,结果表明决策层指标权重较大,与实际情况相符。

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Risk Control of High-risk Mobile Radioactive Sources
Abstract:According to the radiation safety risk characteristics of high-risk mobile radioactive sources and the experience feedback of radiation accidents, in combination with the actual situation of radiation safety regulatory departments and enterprises, and on the basis of full investigation, an evaluation index system for radiation safety risk control of high-risk mobile radioactive sources was established. The system was divided into target layer, criterion layer with 8 indexes and scheme layer with 40 indexes. Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate 7 high-risk mobile radioactive source enterprises in Gansu Province. The results showed that the index weight of the decision making layer was large, which was consistent with the actual situation.
