摘    要:采用超高压液相色谱/质谱联用法测定地表水特定项目中包括微囊藻毒素-LR在内的13种污染物,对测定条件进行优化,使得各目标化合物均能在3min内检测完毕.试验表明,方法在各测定范围内线性良好,相关系数均〉0.99,各目标化合物的方法检出限为0.12μg/L~8.40μg/L,地表水样的加标回收率在62.0% ~104%之间,6次平行测定的RSD〈6%.用该方法测实际水样,阿特拉津和马拉硫磷被检出,质量浓度分别为0.6μg/L和0.7μg/L.

Abstract:13 pollutants in surface water including Microcystin-LR were determined using ultra high pressure liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method (UPLC-MS/MS). The determination condition was optimized so that all the target compounds could be detected within 3 minutes. The results indicated that: all of the calibration curves showed good linear relationship with a correlation coefficient above 0.99. The determination limits of the targets were from 0.12 μg/L to 8.40 μg/L and the recovery rates of practical surface water samples were between 62.0% and 104%. 6 parallel samples were determined,and the relative standard deviations (RS- Ds) were between 1.8% and 5.7%. When determining the practical water samples using this method, only atrazine and malathion were detected,with a mass concentration of 0.6 μg/L and 0.7 μg/L, respectively.
