微波消解预处理测定水和废水中总磷

摘    要:提出一种用微波消解技术作为测定水和废水中总磷的预处理方法,这种消解方法只需10min即可,比用常规的高温高压消解法节省三分之一时间。用这身份种消解法对标样、地表水、海水、生活污水和工业废水样品进行了对比测定,所得结果经统计检验,两方法之间无显著性差异。对微波消解法的精密度和准确度进行了验证。

Abstract:A new method was suggested to determine the total phosphorus in water and wastewater by microwave digestion pre-treatment. The digestion time was only 10 minutes, and reduced 1/3 time compared with traditional method with high temperature and pressure. Test experiment was taken for standard samples, surface water, sea water, sewage and wastewater. There had no significant difference between the two methods. The accuracy and precision of this method was tested.
