| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践,归纳了建设项目环境影响评价现状监测中突出的几种非正常现象,剖析了现象背后的问题成因,提出应强化监督管理,理顺工作机制;有效规范行为,保证现状监测的真实性;重视方案编制,严把数据引用关;采取有效措施,科学实施现状监测.

| Abstract: | This article has induced some problems in actuality monitoring for EIA(environmental impact assessment) of the construction project with working practice,and analyzed their reasons,given the countermeasures,for example,strengthen the management,optimized the mechanism,prescribed the behavior,guaranteed the monitoring data,paid attention to the plan,taken the effective action,and so on. |
