Discussion on RelativeIssuesofAutomaticM onitoring and Supervision for Pollution Sources

Present situation of pollution source supervision and control was described.Some issues were discussed such as QA/QC of automatic monitoring data accuracy,legitimacy of some part of automatic monitoring data,discharge enterprise directly payment and standard for on-site terminal construction,as well as management.It should take some measurements to ensure enterprise operating smoothly such as under social supervision running on-line monitors by strictly inspected social companies,taking the necessary incentive and punishing measurements,monitor equipment installation under condition of ＂suit the remedy to the case＂,actively developing local regulations and standards,removing barriers for application of automatic monitoring data,improving the way of collection and payment for operating expenses,and Straighten out relationship between pollutant discharge enterprises and the social companies who run on-line monitors.
