Abstract:The tetraethyl lead(TEL) was determined by HPLC with UV detector,extractant dichloromethane,mobile phase methanol/water mixture(liquid volume fraction 95∶5),column ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18,detection wavelength 280 nm.The results of the method showed that good linearity was obtained in range from 0.100 mg/L to 1.00 mg/L,the lowest detection concentration and the detection limit for TEL were 0.01 μg/L and 0.04 μg/L,the RSD of water samples in parallel within 4.2%,recoveries of surface water and wastewater from 78.9% to 82.4% and from 62.4% to 107% respectively.
