| Abstract: | The method was established for determination of 12 kinds of sulfonylurea herbicides in water by high performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction.After pH was adjusted to 2 by phosphoric acid,the water samples were extracted with Waters Oasis HLB SPE cartridge,detected by HPLC,detection wavelength 230 nm,used acetonitrile containing 0.02% phosphoric acid as mobile phase.The retention times of 12 herbicides were from 14 min to 32 min.The results showed that good linearity ranged form 0.050 mg/L to 5.00 mg/L,detection limits between 0.20 μg/L and 0.50 μg/L,average spiked recoveries from 80.6% to 127% at 4 concentration levels from 0.500 μg/L to 10.0 μg/L,RSD from 0.3% to 11.7%. |
