摘    要:利用AFS~ 820双道原子荧光光度计对水中微量锡的测定方法进行研究分析,结果表明:该方法检出限为0.002 ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.05% ~5.95%,加标回收率为94.0% ~ 104.7%.使用原子荧光光谱法测定清洁水中微量锡具有灵敏度高,准确度、精密度好,仪器操作方便等优点,适宜水中微量锡的测...

Abstract:In order to study detection of micro-tin content in water, AFS-820 Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was used. The results indicated that the detection limit was 0.002ng/mL. The relative standard deviation ranged from 1.49% to 5.95%, and the recovery ranged from 94.0% to 104.7%. The method has advantages of high sensitivity, accuracy, precision, easy equipment operating and etc., It is a good method to measure micro-tin content in water.
