摘    要:南通地区很多钢丝绳企业采用酸洗磷化工艺,产生大量含铅、铁、锌等重金属离子的酸性废液,造成区域特征性环境污染.选用山东天维膜技术有限公司的扩散渗析阴膜进行钢丝绳酸性废液处置实验.结果表明:该膜能有效地将酸、盐分离,酸的回收率达到90%以上,铅截留率达到70%以上,铁截留率达到80%以上.但实验中出现氯化铅晶体析出,堵塞处...

Abstract:Many wire rope enterprises in Nantong used acid pickling and phosphating process. which produced much acid waste liquid containing heavy metal ions lead, iron and zinc. This might cause regional characteristic environmental pollution. The diffusion dialysis negative membrane which produced by Shandong Tianwei membrane technology company was used to treat the wire rope acid waste liquid. The result showed that this membrane could separate acid and salt effectively. The recovery of acid was over 90%. The retention rate of lead is over 70% and the retention rate of iron is over 80%. However, lead chloride crystal might precipitate, and block outlet of the treatment equipment. Thus further research and discussion were needed.
