| 摘 要： | 全国第一次污染源普查揭示了中国各类污染源分布、排放和治理状况,为制定地方环境保护政策和规划提供了依据。根据南通市污染源普查结果,分析了辖区内存在的主要环境问题,并结合地方实际提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | First national pollution census reveals the distribution of pollution,situation for emission and conditions of control in China.The results provide a basis for the establishment of local environmental policy.Based on the dataset for Nantong City,the main environmental issues were discussed and strategies were proposed according to the local conditions. |
