| Abstract: | More and more automatic monitoring facilities are used to monitor pollution source. Operation of automatic monitoring facilities has attracted much attention due to its effect on environmental management. Good operation model is the precondition and guarantee to exert role of automatic monitoring. This paper discussed the situation of operation model of automatic monitoring facilities and the related problems in China, especially how to explore the feasibility of the third managing and its characteristics, problems and countermeasures. |
