长江南通段水环境容量核定及总量控制研究

摘    要:近年来南通市废水排放量逐年增大,一旦污染物排放量超过水环境容量,将影响到南通市供水水源的安全性,因此,对长江南通段进行水环境容量核定及总量控制研究十分必要。探讨了适用于长江水体的水环境容量计算方法和模型参数,对长江南通段水环境容量、污染物入江量及剩余环境容量进行了测算,并提出控制污染物入江量、合理利用水环境容量的措施建议。

Abstract:The discharge quantity of wastewater in Nantong city recently is increasing year by year, and the safety of water supply source will be influenced once pollutants exceed water environmental capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to study on the confirmation of water environmental capacity and total control of the Yangtze River in Nantong city. This paper discussed the calculation methods of water environmental capacity of the Yangtze River and their parameters. The amount of pollutants discharged into the Yangtze River and the available water environmental capacity in Nantong city were obtained by the calculation model. Necessary, measures for total amount control of pollutants discharged and reasonable use of the water environmental capacity were proposed.
