| 摘 要： | 石化类建设项目工艺复杂、污染严重、环境风险高,环境监理与工程监理相比有其自身的特点。以某石化公司油品质量升级改造项目为例,深入剖析环境监理和工程监理之间的联系与区别,探索建立环境监理和工程监理的良性互动机制,为国内有关方面的研究提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Petrochemical construction projects had complicated technology, heavy pollution and high environmental risks, in that case, the environmental supervision had its own characteristics. Taking a petrol quality improvement construction project as example, relationship and differences between environmental supervision and construction supervision were analyzed. A positive interaction mechanism between environmental supervision and construction supervision were proposed , which gave beneficial reference to the relevant studies. |
