| 摘 要： | 分析国内环境监测业务和环境监测信息化建设的现状和发展趋势,提出地级市环境监测站信息系统的监测业务、数据中心、综合应用3层构架思路,对信息系统各层次的主要功能作出描述,着重对环境监测业务系统的集成和分工进行阐述。进行环境监测信息系统建设,在先进性、安全性、稳定性和可扩充性等方面满足地级市环境监测部门今后相当长一段时期内的信息化建设需求。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the status quo and the development tendency of domestic environmental monitoring business and information construction,the three-tier framework of ideas of monitoring operations,data center,integrated application for the information system of prefecture-level city environmental monitoring stations were proposed.The main function of the information system in different levels,focusing on the integration and division of labor of the environmental monitoring business systems was described.The method could satisfy the information construction requests of prefecture-level city environmental monitoring apartments in the aspects of advancement,safety,stability and extendibility for a very long time. |
