Participation of the Czech Agricultural and Food Inspection in the program monitoring of contaminants in the food chain

Regional branches of the Czech Agricultural and Food Inspection participated in the data collection of contaminant agents in processed food and plant raw materials. The project was managed within the framework of the Governmental programme for environmental care in the Czech Republic. The data have been collected since 1984. PC data computering started in 1992 and was used to determine places of occurrence in map form.
