摘    要:土壤中的氮是衡量土壤肥力的主要指标之一。基于对国内外文献的调研,系统地归纳了现阶段土壤中全氮分析方法(凯氏法、红外光谱技术、杜马斯燃烧法)的原理和应用。对不同的测定方法进行比较,总结不同分析方法的优缺点。提出自动化分析、高灵敏度、高准确度、低成本、便捷的检测技术是土壤中全氮分析的重要发展方向。

Abstract:Total nitrogen in soil is considered as one of the key indicators to measure soil fertility. Based on the research literature at home and abroad, the detection methods of total nitrogen in soil (Kjeldahl method, Infrared spectroscopy, Dumas combustion method) were reviewed in this paper. Moreover, a variety of detection methods were compared systematically and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages were summarized. The development of convenient detection techniques that could determine the total nitrogen in soil with automatic analysis, high sensitivity, sufficient accuracy and low cost may represent the future prospects in this field.
