| 摘 要： | 在水环境监测业务系统功能不能满足环境监测工作发展和污染应急监测需要的形势下建设国家级环境监测空间信息平台系统,旨在提升国家级环境监测中心的监测能力和水平,提高环境监测信息的分析和表征能力.该平台系统建成了高频的数据采集体系、快速的数据传输体系、实用的业务系统和观的空间分析系统,为全面提高国家级环境监测水平奠定了坚实的基础.
