摘    要:建立超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱快速测定水中微囊藻毒素LR(MC-LR)的方法。水样经0.2μmGHP一次性针头过滤器过滤,应用超高效液相色谱/电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪多离子反应监测(MRM)法定量检测MC-LR。经方法学验证,该方法对MC-LR的最低检出限LOD为0.08μg/L(进样量10μl),最低定量限LOQ是0.10μg/L。在0.2~20.0μg/L的线性范围中,相关系数r=0.9982,回收率范围91.5%~110.3%。方法灵敏度高,专属性强,操作简便快速,定量准确,测定浓度范围宽,是环境水质样品中MC-LR含量检测的理想方法。

Abstract:Objective: A UPLC-ESI-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of microcystin-LR in water. Methods: 0.2μm membrane filter was used to remove dirties. UPLC analysis was performed on a Waters ACQU ITY UPLC BEH C18 2.1×50mm (1.7μm) column, acetonitrile-0.3 % acetic acid solution (50:50)was used as mobile phase, microcystin-LR was determined by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS and quantified with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Results: The detection limit (LOD) for microeysfin-LR was 0.08μg/L. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.10μg/L. The linear range was 0.2 ~ 20.Op.g/L with correlation coefficient 0.9982. The mean recoveries were between 91.5% and 110.3%. Conclusion: This method can be applied for the determination of microcystin-LR in water for its high sensitivity, high selectivity and simple pre-process.
