京杭大运河扬州段表层沉积物中多环芳烃的分布及风险评价

摘    要:采用HPLC定量检出京杭大运河扬州段表层沉积物中16 种优控PAHs 的总量范围在505~4532.2ng/g (干重) 之间,平均值为2359.4ng/g,属中等污染水平,沉积物中的多环芳烃主要来源于煤炭、木材及石油的不完全燃烧;利用沉积物质量基准法(SQGs)对京杭大运河扬州段沉积物中多环芳烃的风险评价表明, 严重的多环芳烃生态风险在京杭大运河扬州段沉积物中不存在,负面生物毒性效应会偶尔发生, 风险主要来源于低环的多环芳烃。

Abstract:In the present study, 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the surface sediments from Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal (Yangzhou Section) were quantitatively determined by HPLC. The concentration of PAHs varied from 505 to 4532.2ng/g dry weight, with average 2359.4ng/g, which was in moderate level compared with other lakes. The indexes of source identification indicated the main source of PAHs in the samples was combustion source, which included coal, oil and wood inadequate combustion. The ecological risk of surface sediment in Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal(Yangzhou section) was assessed with the methods of sediment quality guidelines (SQGs), The result shows that the concentrations level of PAHs in the study area have not caused the marked negative influence on organism, but the adverse biological toxicity effect might occasionally happen in Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal (Yangzhou section).
