| 摘 要： | 以汶川特大地震后成都市环境应急监测为案例,在回顾历时近3个月的环境应急监测基础上,围绕应急监测组织体系、方案制定、能力建设等内容进行了分析并提出了建议,旨在对建立我国应对特大自然灾害或环境污染事故的环境应急监测预警体系进行初探。

| Abstract: | In order to establish response to natural disasters or serious environmental pollution emergency monitor of early warning system. This paper based on emergency environmental monitoring of Wenchuan earthquake, analyzes emergency environmental monitoring organizations, programs development, capacity-building and tables proposals on the basis of reviewing of emergency environmental monitoring lasting for three months in 2008. |
