固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定武汉东湖水体中微囊藻毒素

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)测定东湖水样中微囊藻毒素(MC)的方法,考察了不同流动相、淋洗液和洗脱液对MC-RR和MC-LR测定的影响。结果表明,MC-RR和MC-LR的方法检出限分别为0.0789μg/L和0.0234μg/L,其线性定量范围分别为0.1～10.0mg/L和0.06～10.0mg/L;样品测定回收率为78.4%～97.4%,RSD小于6.3%。该法灵敏度高,快速准确,用于实际水样测定的结果令人满意。

Determination of Microcystins in Donghu Lake by SPE-HPLC

Microcystins(MC-RR and MC-LR) in Donghu Lake were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) with solid phase extraction(SPE).The optimum condition of determination by HPLC and the elution solutions for sample preparation were discussed.Determination limits of the method were 0.0789μg/L and 0.0234μg/L,and linear arranges were 0.1~10.0mg/L and 0.06~10.0mg/L for MC-RR and MC-LR,respectively.Recoveries of microcystins were from 78.4%to 97.4%.The RSD of determination was lower than 6.3%.The method offers traits of high sensitivity,speediness and exactness,and was applied to the determination of MC-RR and MC-LR in water samples with satisfactory results.
