摘    要:以安庆市粗苯泄漏事件为例,分析了事件特点及应急处置过程中存在的主要问题,阐述了环境应急救援资源储备体系在环境应急管理中的重要作用,从应急物资储备网络建设、应急救援装备储备网络建设和环境应急救援信息库建设3个方面探索了不同层级应急救援资源储备体系建设的重点内容,为环境应急救援资源储备体系建设提供参考。

Abstract:In order to analyze environmental emergency disposition characteristic and the main problems existing in the process, crude benzene leakage accident in Anqing city was using as an example. The important role of environmental emergency rescue resources reserve system in the environmental emergency management was explained in this paper. The environmental emergency rescue resources reserve system constructed by emergency supplies reserve network, emergency rescue equipment reserve network and environmental emergency rescue databases was studied. It can provide reference to management of environmental emergency rescue resources reserve system construction.
