摘    要:主要综述了应急监测标准体系、应急监测技术方法、应急监测质控技术、应急决策系统4个方面的研究进展及其存在的问题,并提出了突发性环境污染事故应急监测的重点研究内容。

Abstract:The current studies on the standard systems of emergency monitoring, the techniques of emergency monitoring, the quality assurance and quality control of emergency monitoring and emergency decision-making system were reviewed, and their problems were also pointed out. The key researches in emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accidents were put forward.
