气相色谱法测定水中环氧氯丙烷的方法比较研究

摘    要:通过顶空-气相色谱法与液-液萃取法测定水中环氧氯丙烷的方法比较研究,结果表明两种方法均能满足地表水环境质量标准的检测要求。但静态顶空法在检出限、回归曲线相关系数、样品加标回收率、相对标准偏差等方面均优于液-液萃取法,且静态顶空法操作简便、快捷,方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、重现性好,在水环境分析监测中具有实用性。

Abstract:Study on the way of top-balance to determine epichlorohydrin,and compared to the liquid-liquid extraction .The results show that,the two pre-treatment methods meet the demand of environmental quality standard for surface water.But the way of top-balance is better than liquid-liquid extraction in the limits of detection,the linear correlation coefficient,the range of average recovery and the relative standard deviation.It is more simple,rapid,accurate and credible,and it has a high sensitivity.So,the way of top-balance is practical in water monitoring.
