摘    要:建立了用气相色谱(GC)和反相高效液相色谱(RPHPLC)分析邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)的方法。首次在HPLC中用异丙醇作为流动相分离上述两种化合物,取得满意的结果。GC的检测限为DBP2ng,DEHP2ng。HPLC的检测限为DBP5ng,DEHP10ng。两种方法都有良好的精密度、回收率,并用这两种分析方法分析了湖水水体表面微层水样中的DBP和DEHP

Abstract:Two methods(GC and HPLC)were established to assay di n butyl phthalate(DBP)and di(2 ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP).Iso propyl alcohol was used as HPLC mobile phase in this studies.In our knowledge this is reported for the first time.The results were satisfied.The detection limits of DBP and DEHP by GC both are 2ng,and the detection limits of DBP and DEHP by HPLC are 5ng and 10ng,respectively.Both methods have good recoveries and precision.Using these two methods,lake water surface microlayer samples were analyzed.
