电感耦合等离子体质谱技术在环境监测中的应用进展

摘    要:电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)是目前发展最快的痕量元素分析测试技术之一。由于该技术提供了极低的检出限、极宽的动态线性范围,干扰少、分析精密度高,可进行多元素同时快速分析,可与多种分离技术及样品前处理方法和进样方法相结合等优点,得到了迅速的发展。介绍了ICP-MS的基本原理及仪器构造、与其他分析测试技术的比较及发展趋势,并着重介绍了其在环境监测和环境科学研究领域的应用。

Abstract:Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry is one of the fastest growing technique for measuring concentrations of trace element. ICP-MS provides many advantages, including very low detection limits, wide dynamic range, good control of interferences, high precision, multi-element, fast analysis, etc. ICP-MS can be combined with other separation technology and sample pretreatment methods. Because of its inherent advantages, ICP-MS has made great progress. In this paper, the basic principle and structure of ICP-MS were introduced. The comparisons of ICP-MS and other analytic techniques were introduced. The development trend of ICP-MS was introduced. The application and research progress of ICP-MS in environmental monitoring area and environmental science were introduced in detail.
