基于浮游动物完整性的扎龙湿地水生态状况评价

摘    要:2019年5、8、10月分别对扎龙湿地春、夏、秋季的浮游动物进行采样调查,共发现浮游动物4门类44属72种,轮虫20属36种,原生动物13属20种,枝角类6属8种,桡足类5属8种。确定9个参照点和15个受损点,共选取24个候选生物指标,构建扎龙湿地浮游动物完整性指数,核心指标由总分类单元数、枝角类分类单元数、枝角类生物量、Margalef丰富度指数和中型浮游动物捕食者组成。采用比值法对0~2.91分布范围数值进行三等分,建立扎龙湿地浮游动物完整性指数(Z-IBI)健康评价标准:02.91时,无干扰。表明扎龙湿地87.5%受到不同程度的干扰,12.5%无干扰。

Abstract:Zooplankton were collected from Zhalong Wetland in May(spring),August(summer) and October(autumn) of 2019,respectively.A total of 72 species belonging to 44 genera of zooplankton,36 species belonging to 20 genera of rotifers,20 species belonging to 13 genera of protozoa,eight species belonging to six genera of cladocerans and eight species belonging to five genera of copepods were found.Nine reference points and 15 damaged points were determined,a total of 24 candidate biological indicators were selected,which for constructing the zooplankton integrity index of Zhalong Wetland.The core index was determined to be composed of five biological indicators,including total taxon number,Cladocera taxon number,Cladocera biomass percentage,Margalef richness index and medium zooplankton predator percentage.The zooplankton integrity index in Zhalong Wetland was scored by ratio method and range from 0 to 2.91,which was divided into three equal points,so as to establish the standard of zooplankton index of biological integrity(Z-IBI) of Zhalong Wetland.When Z-IBI value between 0 and 0.97,which was seriously disturbed.When Z-IBI value between 0.97 and 1.94,which was moderately disturbed.When Z-IBI value ranged from 1.94 to 2.91,which was slightly disturbed.And when Z-IBI value > 2.91,which was not disturbed.The results showed that 87.5% of Zhalong wetland was disturbed in different degrees,and 12.5% was not disturbed.
