| 摘 要： | 建立了游离氯和总氯样品保存方法。用氢氧化钠溶液作为固定剂,现场固定含有游离氯和总氯的水样,使水样pH>12。结果表明,样品经4℃低温避光保存,5 d内测定,测量结果没有显著变化,方法检出限(以Cl2计)为0.004mg/L,加标回收率为96.7%～104%。

| Abstract: | The sample reserved method was established to determination for free chlorine and total chlorine.The water samples containing free and total chlorine were fixed with sodium hydroxide at sampling sites(pH>12).Samples were preserved at low temperature(4 ℃) and darkness.The test results showed that there were no significant differences of the concentrations among all samples tested in five days.The lowest method determination limits show to be 0.004 mg/L,the spiked recoveries come to be 96.7%-104%. |
