| 摘 要： | 对现行环境监测方案体系中存在的问题进行归纳分析,结合BPR(业务流程再造)思想以及信息化理念对环境监测工作转型进行思考,提出信息化解决方案,通过建立电子化环境监测方案,以达到业务模式优化、信息整合协同、管理精细化的转型目标。电子化环境监测方案是环境监测科学发展的时代要求,是环境监测信息化管理的标志。

| Abstract: | Based on the current environmental monitoring program, summarize and analyze the existing problems, combining with BPR (Business Process Reengineering) ideas and concepts of environmental informationization to reflect on the work of transformation promoting of environmental-monitoring management, and propose information technology solutions. The establishment of an electronic environmental monitoring program can achieve the goal of business model to optimize, collaborative information integration, precise management. Electronic environmental monitoring program for environmental monitoring is the requirement of scientific concept of development, and the symbol of environmental monitoring informationization management. |
