摘    要:采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定海水样品中的氨氮,重点考察海水中共存离子对氨氮测定结果的影响规律,识别测定过程中主要的干扰因素,并提出消除干扰的预处理方法.研究结果表明,碘离子会对氨氮的测定产生负干扰,当样品中碘离子质量浓度达到0.0765 g/L时,氨氮的测定结果与标准值相比明显降低,且在碘离子质量浓度达到0.1910 g...

Abstract:In this paper,gas-phase molecular absorption spectroscopy is used to determine ammonia nitrogen in seawater samples,focusing on the influence of coexisting ions in seawater on the results of ammonia nitrogen determination,identifying the main interference factors in the measurement process,and putting forward a pretreatment method to eliminate interference.The research results show that iodide ions will negatively interfere with the determination of ammonia nitrogen.When the iodide ion concentration in the sample reaches 0.076 5 g/L,the determination result of ammonia nitrogen is significantly lower than the standard value,and when the iodide ion concentration reaches 0.191 0 g/L,the downward trend eases and the measured value of ammonia nitrogen reaches the detection limit.Both potassium iodate oxidation method and silver nitrate precipitation method can be used to eliminate interference.The treatment effect of silver nitrate precipitation method is significantly better than that of potassium iodate oxidation method,making the detection result the same as the standard value,eliminating many pre-processing steps,which is beneficial gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy for large-scale seawater sample measurement.
